We reserve the right to refuse or decline any service request at our sole discretion. Any quote provided is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. We do not guarantee that any particular result can be achieved from our services, and we accept no liability for outcomes beyond our reasonable control.

3. Quotes and Payment

All quotes are provided in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon completion of services unless a different payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

• We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
• Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 10% per annum or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
• We reserve the right to suspend or withhold services for overdue accounts.

If you believe there is a discrepancy in any invoice, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the invoice. After this period, the invoice will be deemed accepted as correct.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the safe and effective provision of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your property and service requirements.
• Ensure reasonable access to the work site at the agreed time.
• Obtain any necessary permits, approvals, or consents required for the work (where applicable).
• Make timely payment for services rendered.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide to us. We are not liable for delays or additional costs arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

5. Intellectual Property
